6 hours even though I had scheduled an appointment and was 50 minutes early! A software update for the "radio". I tried to tell him symptoms when I got there but he cut me off and said, we'll figure it out." Problem recurrent next day and still does. It is dangerous because the GPS screen freezes and the touchscreen intermittently doesn't work. Refused to take me home when he said it would be hours, and did not offer me a loaner, which he should have since it is a gm warranty issue. New 2 months old 2025.

New car purchased at your dealership & this was my first oil change. No cost. So, not complaining. Very nice people and a better than expected waiting room. I scheduled the appointment on line then called to see if an opening was possible same day. Service person said yes, lube bay isn't super busy come on in... I did & very nicely the service person checked me in & then said to expect up to 1 & 1/2 hours wait. And, that's ultimately what it took 90 minutes for an oil change. There was an offer for a wash, which I declined. Very nice people in you service area.

I call my service advisor and tell him what’s going on with my car, then make an appointment and drop off the car. A shuttle ride is provided to take me home and I haven’t waited but a few minutes lately. It’s very convenient. I have already written to them everywhere and tried to find someone who can help me through the whole bad process and attention regarding my car. I took my car in for a... I changed the valve and Mr. Rodolfo met me where we checked the car together and my car had no damage. He put the computer in front of me and it only showed a fault in the engine valve. I should explain that I have an application on my phone that you yourselves gave me when I bought the car that explains what my car has and it only marked the valve as well as the computer that you yourselves put in front of me. The gentleman explained to me that the mechanic was going to check it anyway and then he would call me to give me the preliminary and final report of what my car had and that's how it was. I received his call and he told me that it was indeed the valve, a hose and something else for a total of 870 dollars and I told him yes that he would do the work at 5. I receive the call that my car is ready that I can pick it up that the mechanic was testing it and 5 minutes later they call me that when the mechanic tested it that he was returning to the dealer the checking came back on because I I took it with a dent in the oil cooler of the transmitter ll which is impossible because if it had had that dent in the first inspection that is done at the dealer they would have seen it and they told me that I have to pay 1200 dollars more which seems to me a total lack of respect from you so I went to the dealer with my husband and my car was leaking oil and with a dent that naturally you can see that it is a new dent and they told me in my face that I should take it like that I told them to show me the cameras and they did not want to explain that I was going the next day to see the manager and so I did the next day when my husband and I went Rodolfo attended to me again with a man who did not even identify himself and he admitted to my face that what happened at the dealer that it exploded when they fixed the valve something that an explosion goes outwards and the dent was sunken in other words that there was no explosion whatsoever but the worst thing is that they lie to me they tell me that I should take it like that and then admit that it was the mechanic and without It's enough for them to tell me that even if they cause damage, that's not their problem and they're not going to fix it because they don't have to do it or take responsibility, which is even more disrespectful. I still need them to take action on the matter because otherwise they'll deal directly with my lawyer.

This was the second time having an electrical issue with my vehicle. The first time it took 4 months to find and fix the issue. During that time I had no vehicle and unless I called no updates even though I repeatedly asked for them. So here I am again with another electrical issue that took over a month to find.. I again had no communication unless I reached out. No loaner, no rental no vehicle for over a month. We missed out on summer travel plans we had and my vehicle was once again scratched and is requiring touch ups and repairing of a couple deep scratches. I am very disappointed in GM's customer service and am scared and hoping I have no future electrical issues. I love my vehicle but I am so worried if I keep it long term I will be in another predicament involving the electrical system. I couldn't claim the lemon law on a technicality even though this is happening repeatedly and GM has just washed there hands of the problem. The first time this happened they at least offered to cover my car payments and services and seemed to want to make up for the situation I was put in, but this time they just seem to want to sweep this under the rug because they know I technically can't pursue the lemon law. This has been soo frustrating. I don't necessarily fault the service advisors except for the lack of communication because they are at the mercy of GM's protocols on how and what they can do. I just would say GM needs to step up and provide better service and offer loaners or rentals when the vehicles we pay our hard earned money for are out of service for issues that are due to vehicle faults and failures.. GM should take pride and back up their products.

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Westside Chevrolet on Monday and will not be bringing my vehicle into this dealership again. I received an email from Onstar on Friday suggesting I take my vehicle in for a possible failure of the battery or starter as soon as possible. I made an appointment with Jake on Saturday and was given several options of times. I chose the 7:00 AM appointment and was at the dealership by 6:45 AM. Isaias Montes was the Service Advisor I was assigned. I did also tell him besides looking into the Onstar alert that I had had several times the check engine light came on for brief periods but then would turn off. Also, I had wiper blades installed. By Noon I had not received any updates on the process so I texted him at the number I'd been sent and he told me he would check with the Technician as soon as he returned from lunch. When I hadn't heard back from him by 1:30, I sent a message reminding him my appointment was set for 7:00 AM and why hadn't wasn't my car ready! The Technician did not look at my car until after 2:00 and I finally was able to pick up my vehicle around 3:00. After describing all of that I'll tell you taking my vehicle into a dealership is stressful for me as I have to rely on asking people for rides to and from the dealership. In the future, I suggest the dealership stick to appointment times! I can understand if the vehicle wasn't checked out right at 7:00 AM but I do feel it should have been done during the morning hours. Was mine put on the back burner because I wasn't waiting at the dealership? If I would have sat in the waiting room would it have been pushed through sooner? As I said, I will not use Westside Chevrolet again. Rightfully so, I don't have to bring it in very often (thank goodness) and since I've moved to Sealy, I do have my oil changed at a small shop in town. But, if something serious were going on, I'd definitely have to find somewhere else.

I fully understand personnel need time off or weekend how ever it is done. I cannot personally guess which services can and can’t be done on any given Saturday when I can get my oil change. I am also not sure there is only one person in your service department that can change or rotate tires on a dually truck. Which I bought from your dealership. Everything that I had in writing from the dealership online and an email was given to my sales rep before I proceeded with the finance department and they didn't honor or properly complete any of them. And when I called back to have it adjusted, I was told that everything had been signed and a sales manager would call me back and I haven't heard anything. Everything was great until the finance portion. It just felt kind of sketchy and rushed. I'm still waiting on the $250 gas card. They said it would be mailed. Then when I called back to ask about it, I was told it was added into the price discount of the vehicle. No one ever told me that they just said yes you will get it. Yes, we got it and rushed me along. I can supply emails sent to my sales rep if needed.

It’s really frustrating to have a brand new car under warranty and having to go to get it serviced for the 3rd time in 4 months. Everytime I have to go there I feel like I’m passed around people that don’t have the authority to solve my problem. Shop employee cannot see whether or not I have warranty (I do!!), tell me to find the salesperson (????), cannot move forward with services altogether (“no, for this electronic issue you need to book a separate appointment”)… and so on Additionally, the lack of a loaner car is aggravating - forcing me to go to a rental place (took 2.5 hours on Monday between deoping my Tahoe and leaving the rental with a car- waited more than 1.5hs in the dealership to be taken to the rental place) just compounds the feeling that this isn’t the customer service I expected when I bought my Tahoe with GM. People in the dealership seems to care, but apparently the internal processes/rules make everyone lives terrible. I don’t feel like I want to buy another GM again just because the dealership.. people are asking me: “do you like the car?”.. i answer: “I love the car BUT really deslike to deal with the dealership “.. a 80K car shouldn’t stress me that much.. next time will change brand.. had no isses like that with my Subaru.

Received good customer Service but overall the wait time for service was and is extremely long due to a part needing to be ordered. Because of this order, it end up costing me over $1,000.00 for a rental car, as I was without my vehicle for more that 20 days. Though I was informed 7 to 10 days, it turned into 20 days +. I think Chevrolet should have courtesy loner cars if service takes this length of time to complete, this is not fair to the customer. During the wait time I did not receive any updates and/or courtesy calls of reassurance as to when the car would be ready. A voicemail was sent on a Monday that the part was in, but I did not get the car till the following Saturday, which was 6 more days which tells me the car was not immediately worked on once the part had been received. I have been bringing my car to Westside for the past 2 years and it has always been something additional and or extra, or excuses of not having sufficient man power. Please address this because as a customer I end up losing out. Thanks for you consideration

Honest, straightforward, fair dealing dealership with an excellent amount of inventory to choose from.No games, made buying my wife a new vehicle a breeze. My salesman (Jim)was very knowledgeable, helpful & efficient as he had been in the car business many years. After having our trade/in evaluated, he spent 5 minutes with the Sales Manager (Luke) & came back with the rock bottom deal. As I had researched, he offered a fair price on our trade-in & discounted the new vehicle a fair bit. After settling on the deal I was then introduced to Triston, the Finance Representative. I planned to use out credit union to finance as they offer very competitive rated, but they were able to get us a better rate with their partner lender. Unlike other experiences I have had, Triston didn’t present any special add-ons the dealership did to all new vehicles such as a ceramic coating, nitrogen vs air filled tires,etc. The only thing he offered was GM’s extended warranty at their lowest possible price upfront (I had researched prior, so I knew he wasn’t trying to upsale the policy). I was in/out of the dealership in 2 hours headed home with the new vehicle, very satisfied with the deal we got & this dealership’s high standards of business conduct. I will definitely recommend to family & friends shopping for a new or used vehicle.

I’ve left lengthy responses on the text survey. Not sure if that goes to anybody other than the man I met, Mark, the service manager. At the end of the day, I think your timing is terrible. I think the way that you schedule does not take The time of the customer into account. Ultimately, I think communication is the worst problem starting from your service manager down to the tech I was supposed to be dealing with. In fairness, I think the person I would normally deal with thought that the service manager was communicating with meand he really wasn’t.

The tire rotation was done, however, the wheel lock was left loose inside the cap. I suspected something was wrong because I didnt get the wheel lock handed to me like I normally do. Auto Butler service was poor. SUV was dirty inside as if it was not vaccumed. It was a mistake to pay for the AUto Butler when I purchased my SUV.

This is the second survey I have filled out. After the first survey, in which I did not give a great rating, I was immediately contacted by the dealership management and was asked to bring my vehicle back the next day to look at the issue (a broken TV screen). I brought the vehicle back the next day and was greeted with mixture of hostility and indifference by a manager. After several minutes of arguing back and forth he agreed to “review the video” of my Tahoe being cleaned to see if there was evidence of who/how the tv might have been broken. That was Friday morning of last week. I have yet to hear back from the manager. I am taking my family on a road trip for the holidays soon and the whole point of buying the Tahoe with the entertainment package was for these type of trips and now it cannot be used. So I spent $300 to have my vehicle serviced prior to a road trip and came out with an unusable entertainment system. This is my second time bringing my vehicle to Westside and I should have learned from the first one not to come back. I decided to give them another try and now I’m in a worse spot than I was going in. Needless to say this will be the last time I come to westside.

Car was dropped off at 8:30 am. Heard back at 2 pm I was next in line for technician. Checked in at 4:45 pm no text so I called several times. Service associate mailbox is full. Finally was told technician was leaving in 45 minutes. They were unable to see my car for there was 200 other cars that were there that day & they needed to keep my car for another day. Due to no contact & keeping my car all day I will not use this dealership again.

I was misquoted and there were to many delays. I was told the warranty would cover expenses but ended up paying out of pocket. It took 9 days before warranty was contacted and it took 4 extra days to fix truck when i was told 3-4 days

I was charge for an additional 30 minutes on my service (1.6 hours). My extended warranty company said that I should have been charged 1.1 hours per the manufacturers guidelines. With all the issues I’ve had with my Chevy and time wasted going to the dealership, I should’ve just paid my deductible.

Westside sent me a "Loyalty Advantage" packet, one part of which said that $30 is available for a cab trip so that I could return home after dropping off my car. The Westside attendant would not honor this. Also, because I lived slightly outside the supposed 15-mile shuttle limitation, that was not available either. So I had to pay for Uber trips after dropping off the car and to pick it up. It's doubtful that I will return for future service.

Car's dash was bugging up with warnings popping up occassionally. Car was otherwise working perfectly fine, so clearly a digital dash issue. I was notified that diagnostics would be a couple of hours and around 200$. I agreed and after 2 hours I was notified that an 8-hour diagnostic need to be ran and required pre-approval for 2K$ because they 'couldn't figure out what was wrong'. So, long story short, I was asked to pay 2K$ just to wire it up and (maybe) find out why some warning lights are falsely coming up on the dash. I don't think any sensible person would accept this feedback/charge. Did a quick research as well and found quite a few comments/videos online showing exact same issue with other GM cars, so I am pretty sure this is a known and well documented problem in your databases. At least on site personnel was polite.

Advisor lacked the ability to provide updates, every time I challenged the needs for repair, issues subsided and went away. I had to travel multiple times to get update in an almost 2-week repair cycle because she would not proactively communicate. On the final day of pickup, I asked for my vehicle back as I would take it to another dealership to complete repairs, she had the keys sitting on her desk and she had not called to let me know it was ready, again always me going to get updates. Did not offer a pickup as I had to take my vehicle back and Uber back. An overall rotten experience
