Service Advisor was train well so they can up charge and add more services on your car in order to make more money even your car don't need all those services. I had bought six car from this dealership in span of 3-4 years so I had trust but now everything has change in the dealership. I got quote for $4500 did not even need all those things need to be done I took my car local mechanic got it done in $600 how that is possible that tells me can't trust this dealership anymore.

Service personnel were kind. I work construction so trying to stop during the week and get service complete is almost impossible. I don’t rain outs because of my position. I fully understand personnel need time off or weekend how ever it is done. I cannot personally guess which services can and can’t be done on any given Saturday when I can get my oil change. I am also not sure there is only one person in your service department that can change or rotate tires on a dually truck. Which I bought from your dealership. Not sure if there can be a calendar out on your website for services offered on Saturdays based on the personnel rotation. Thanks

Everything that I had in writing from the dealership online and an email was given to my sales rep before I proceeded with the finance department and they didn't honor or properly complete any of them. And when I called back to have it adjusted, I was told that everything had been signed and a sales manager would call me back and I haven't heard anything. Everything was great until the finance portion. It just felt kind of sketchy and rushed. I'm still waiting on the $250 gas card. They said it would be mailed. Then when I called back to ask about it, I was told it was added into the price discount of the vehicle. No one ever told me that they just said yes you will get it. Yes, we got it and rushed me along. I can supply emails sent to my sales rep if needed.

Honest, straightforward, fair dealing dealership with an excellent amount of inventory to choose from.No games, made buying my wife a new vehicle a breeze. My salesman (Jim)was very knowledgeable, helpful & efficient as he had been in the car business many years. After having our trade/in evaluated, he spent 5 minutes with the Sales Manager (Luke) & came back with the rock bottom deal. As I had researched, he offered a fair price on our trade-in & discounted the new vehicle a fair bit. After settling on the deal I was then introduced to Triston, the Finance Representative. I planned to use out credit union to finance as they offer very competitive rated, but they were able to get us a better rate with their partner lender. Unlike other experiences I have had, Triston didn’t present any special add-ons the dealership did to all new vehicles such as a ceramic coating, nitrogen vs air filled tires,etc. The only thing he offered was GM’s extended warranty at their lowest possible price upfront (I had researched prior, so I knew he wasn’t trying to upsale the policy). I was in/out of the dealership in 2 hours headed home with the new vehicle, very satisfied with the deal we got & this dealership’s high standards of business conduct. I will definitely recommend to family & friends shopping for a new or used vehicle.

It’s really frustrating to have a brand new car under warranty and having to go to get it serviced for the 3rd time in 4 months. Everytime I have to go there I feel like I’m passed around people that don’t have the authority to solve my problem. Shop employee cannot see whether or not I have warranty (I do!!), tell me to find the salesperson (????), cannot move forward with services altogether (“no, for this electronic issue you need to book a separate appointment”)… and so on Additionally, the lack of a loaner car is aggravating - forcing me to go to a rental place (took 2.5 hours on Monday between deoping my Tahoe and leaving the rental with a car- waited more than 1.5hs in the dealership to be taken to the rental place) just compounds the feeling that this isn’t the customer service I expected when I bought my Tahoe with GM. People in the dealership seems to care, but apparently the internal processes/rules make everyone lives terrible. I don’t feel like I want to buy another GM again just because the dealership.. people are asking me: “do you like the car?”.. i answer: “I love the car BUT really deslike to deal with the dealership “.. a 80K car shouldn’t stress me that much.. next time will change brand.. had no isses like that with my Subaru.

Received good customer Service but overall the wait time for service was and is extremely long due to a part needing to be ordered. Because of this order, it end up costing me over $1,000.00 for a rental car, as I was without my vehicle for more that 20 days. Though I was informed 7 to 10 days, it turned into 20 days +. I think Chevrolet should have courtesy loner cars if service takes this length of time to complete, this is not fair to the customer. During the wait time I did not receive any updates and/or courtesy calls of reassurance as to when the car would be ready. A voicemail was sent on a Monday that the part was in, but I did not get the car till the following Saturday, which was 6 more days which tells me the car was not immediately worked on once the part had been received. I have been bringing my car to Westside for the past 2 years and it has always been something additional and or extra, or excuses of not having sufficient man power. Please address this because as a customer I end up losing out. Thanks for you consideration

I’ve left lengthy responses on the text survey. Not sure if that goes to anybody other than the man I met, Mark, the service manager. At the end of the day, I think your timing is terrible. I think the way that you schedule does not take The time of the customer into account. Ultimately, I think communication is the worst problem starting from your service manager down to the tech I was supposed to be dealing with. In fairness, I think the person I would normally deal with thought that the service manager was communicating with meand he really wasn’t.

I struggle with the fact that I made an appointment but it took a full week before the truck was even looked at and diagnosed. Once that finally happened the issue was fixed within a week. Seems the scheduling could accommodate the backlog better. Cassy did a great job keeping me informed and up to date on the progress.

The tire rotation was done, however, the wheel lock was left loose inside the cap. I suspected something was wrong because I didnt get the wheel lock handed to me like I normally do. Auto Butler service was poor. SUV was dirty inside as if it was not vaccumed. It was a mistake to pay for the AUto Butler when I purchased my SUV.

This is the second survey I have filled out. After the first survey, in which I did not give a great rating, I was immediately contacted by the dealership management and was asked to bring my vehicle back the next day to look at the issue (a broken TV screen). I brought the vehicle back the next day and was greeted with mixture of hostility and indifference by a manager. After several minutes of arguing back and forth he agreed to “review the video” of my Tahoe being cleaned to see if there was evidence of who/how the tv might have been broken. That was Friday morning of last week. I have yet to hear back from the manager. I am taking my family on a road trip for the holidays soon and the whole point of buying the Tahoe with the entertainment package was for these type of trips and now it cannot be used. So I spent $300 to have my vehicle serviced prior to a road trip and came out with an unusable entertainment system. This is my second time bringing my vehicle to Westside and I should have learned from the first one not to come back. I decided to give them another try and now I’m in a worse spot than I was going in. Needless to say this will be the last time I come to westside.

Matt Cook looked after us from first contact through to driving off the lot, he could not have been more helpful. I was buying a car for my daughter and he pulled out all the stops for her, especially having the red bow on the hood when she first saw the car. he answered all our questions and made the car buying experience a very smooth and easy process.

Overall great experience. There was a hiccup once, but the way the dealership responded was very professional. I have brought my Silverado back since without concern or doubt. Service was not double checked by technician and advisor so when I came to pick up car, the issue was recurring. This was unprofessional and a waste of time and resources for me. The manager on site is also very rude and not accommodating

I scheduled the service and all was done on a timely fashion. Hannah provided friendly and excellent customer service.

I was charge for an additional 30 minutes on my service (1.6 hours). My extended warranty company said that I should have been charged 1.1 hours per the manufacturers guidelines. With all the issues I’ve had with my Chevy and time wasted going to the dealership, I should’ve just paid my deductible.

Car was dropped off at 8:30 am. Heard back at 2 pm I was next in line for technician. Checked in at 4:45 pm no text so I called several times. Service associate mailbox is full. Finally was told technician was leaving in 45 minutes. They were unable to see my car for there was 200 other cars that were there that day & they needed to keep my car for another day. Due to no contact & keeping my car all day I will not use this dealership again.

Car's dash was bugging up with warnings popping up occassionally. Car was otherwise working perfectly fine, so clearly a digital dash issue. I was notified that diagnostics would be a couple of hours and around 200$. I agreed and after 2 hours I was notified that an 8-hour diagnostic need to be ran and required pre-approval for 2K$ because they 'couldn't figure out what was wrong'. So, long story short, I was asked to pay 2K$ just to wire it up and (maybe) find out why some warning lights are falsely coming up on the dash. I don't think any sensible person would accept this feedback/charge. Did a quick research as well and found quite a few comments/videos online showing exact same issue with other GM cars, so I am pretty sure this is a known and well documented problem in your databases. At least on site personnel was polite.

Westside sent me a "Loyalty Advantage" packet, one part of which said that $30 is available for a cab trip so that I could return home after dropping off my car. The Westside attendant would not honor this. Also, because I lived slightly outside the supposed 15-mile shuttle limitation, that was not available either. So I had to pay for Uber trips after dropping off the car and to pick it up. It's doubtful that I will return for future service.

I had my battery replaced and paid in full because no tech or no one was able to look up my last replaced battery 1 year ago only because the tech were off...smh

Your management team not only lied to me about the time that would take to complete the job, I had to drive up to the dealership multiple times just to get information about my vehicle, because I would never get a returned phone call. It took almost a month to get my vehicle back after I was told 4 days, the battery had to be replaced after I picked up my vehicle. The second part of the job I asked to be fixed was not completed and I am now having to take it to another dealership due to the fact that I don't trust anything your dealership says. The engine itself was missing bolts and covers that were not missing before the job was completed. How much more would you like to know

Advisor lacked the ability to provide updates, every time I challenged the needs for repair, issues subsided and went away. I had to travel multiple times to get update in an almost 2-week repair cycle because she would not proactively communicate. On the final day of pickup, I asked for my vehicle back as I would take it to another dealership to complete repairs, she had the keys sitting on her desk and she had not called to let me know it was ready, again always me going to get updates. Did not offer a pickup as I had to take my vehicle back and Uber back. An overall rotten experience

I drop the vehicle and told the Service desk what I have noticed on the vehicle and need to explain to a technician what it was. She did not bring any technician to explain, after 3 days they told me the vehicle was going to be inspected by the suspension department; that made me go back to the Service department and talked to a different person and he brought the vehicle and a technician so I can drive the vehicle and show the both of them the noise and the problem. They have not noticed that before and were not aware. They kept the vehicle and finally fixed what needed to be fixed under warranty.

It took 4 weeks for my repair, I'm sure the holidays also played a part in the lengthy process. Also I was only given a compact car for the rental car. I drive a Traverse, because I have multiple kids in car seats. The rental car should be equivalent to the car being repaired.

Slow. 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, except, AGAIN, second time in a row, didn't rotate the tires. I marked them because you all lied last time. I marked them the first time. I made a point to communicate that and made note of it. Confirmed it at scheduling and the subsequent 75 calls to confirm the appointment, then again at check in. The service manager, the service manager, said they may not have been able to lift it. Bald faced lie!! When asked how they change tires or brake jobs on similar trucks.... deer in the headlights. There won't be a tnird time.

The service went well, I did have to ask for the car wash. My tires were rotated but the air pressure was not checked. The tires are supposed to have 42 psi, and ranged any where from 35psi to 39psi.

The technicians forgot to light reset my oil sensor. I had to return to the dealership after leaving.

Antonio was my advisor. He was such a pleasure to have he kept in communication with me from the time I pulled in until the time I left. It was even closer to the time that he was supposed to have gotten off work, but he made sure to get me taken care of before he left. This is the only place that I will go to get services performed because no matter who I get they’re always polite and they make sure to take care of me as a customer. 10 out of 10.

Not a fan of the service department at Westside Chevrolet. After buying numerous vehicles since 1999, I have decided to make a change due to the lack of customer service. The feeling i receive is the staff is doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle and they continue to ignore my concerns regarding the issues I have with my Tahoe. You need to do better and improve your service and quit down grading single female car owners.

My issues were never resolved with my O2 sensor. I had to personally follow up. Cassie was very nice and professional. My check engine light still goes on periodically. Parkway Chevrolet said they're was no way my issue was with my OEM air take i added after purchased my car that was installed at a Chevy dealership.

The service rep was kind and helpful. There was a lack of communication in my opinion once I dropped my truck off for the SCHEDULED APPT. Five days after I dropped it off I received a very high quote to do something basic but not basic enough that I could do it. Over $1000 for a coolant hose (and 7 days to get the job done). On my last service the service manager stepped in because they took a very long time to do some basic work as well. He agreed to pay my rental car bill (in writing). He never paid the bill that he asked me to bring to him. I’m not likely to return due to continued expensive work and long periods to even get to “diagnosis “. I also don’t find WestSide Chevrolet to be an honorable company when their management can’t follow through on commitments.

He delivered a speedy check-in, kept me informed about the progress of my diagnostics & repairs while I waited onsite, was proactive and detailed with the potential costs, and worked within the scope of my extended warranty coverage to ensure that I wasn't charged for repairs that were covered as part of that plan. I’m traveling the country pulling my RV with my wife and kids this spring. I was nearby when my truck had a catastrophic failure on the transmission valves due to a GM technical bulletin issue. Ana was my assigned service advisor and was great to work with. She very quickly got codes pulled, parts ordered proactively. Got me into a loaner. She was in communication with me daily, responsive to my questions and patient with me in my unique circumstance. Ana was great and made up for the lack of solutions, service response, and bureaucracy of GM corporate that has a restriction on my part needed, due to their faulty part and widespread problem from their technical bulletin on this transmission valve cover issue. Westside and Ana get 5 stars from me, GM corporate could learn a lesson from them and do better to support the dealers on this widespread problem they have on their hands from GM manufacturing.

this was my first time there and it was amazing. the hospitality was awesome and they made sure that my issues were taken care of immediately i dont see the purpose of going to another place for an oil change this place really took care of my car and with extra perks this was amazing. i apprieciate this alot consider yourself as having gained a loyal customer .

Because of your team's negligence to reinstall the lug nuts were not reinstalled on my back tire after service; the tire nearly came off when I made a turnabout. This could have been catastrophic for me and for other drivers on the road that day. I was extremely lucky not to have been involved in an accident on Friday. Moving forward, I know I’m going to feel anxious and have negative emotions whenever I go in for an oil change or any maintenance work.

Just great people and service!

The service depart has some serious issues and I'll only address one of them. Why have any service and parts specials when none of them are honored? Silver and Gold brake pad install special - we don't install them because they are subpar. Brake pad rebate, nope. TPMS special, nope. Wild card special, 15% off bills over $1K. Had to ask for it 3 times and when I went to pay my bill, it STILL wasn't on my bill. I think there is a lot of bill padding going on in the service department. I was waiting on an oil change one day and heard 4 other customers arguing with their service advisors. You've heard of quiet quitting right? I think a lot of that is going on in the service department. Mind you, this is only one complaint out of several I have. Good luck, I'll be going to a dealership that is actually closer to me from now on.

Rodolfo was helpful and attentive when I needed information to use the extended warranty I purchased. It would be helpful if there was a Chevy database for all service personnel to access regarding details of warranties and such. This could cut down on confusion, time wasted, and frustration.

Took my truck in for the airbag recall and end up staying for 5 hours because they couldn’t get it to turn on. Then they wanted to charge me over $200 for a diagnostics. While in there care they messed it up and didn’t even offer to fix it took me more than an hour to get home with my emergency lights on cuz it kept turning off on me. This had never happened before I took it in.
